With regards to the fish, Tell them to ask the seller to dry the fish like cat fish or Agbogo... then you soak in hot water before cooking

Hello dear Hope you’re doing well Just was watching this and just wanted to ask if you were required a permit to get food I’m also in Canada actually and want some food from back home I can’t find in African grocery here and I don’t shop a lot once in 2/3 months bc so expensive. My mom wants to send me some food I haven’t ate for years but i always have to wait for someone to travel here and i have more people from us and Europ then here also bc I heard you can’t sell food to Canada. Hi Nana, thanks for watching. You don't need a permit for personal food items, however, if you're sending a huge quantity for resale purpose, you might need to register a business. Its easier than you think to send food from Nigeria to Canada, as there are now lots of logistics companies for shipping your items. So you just need someone to buy and take the items to the shipping company then you will receive here in Canada from a clearing company you'll be referred to. I have 2 other videos on this topic, feel free to check them out on the channel. I hope this helps 🧡

Hi Samuel, I'm not sure if they ship directly to Jamaica since I only use their service for Canada but you can contact the shipping companies to ask. Also I know people in naija use their local post office to ship items to different countries.
