Great interview! Ted Naiman is so funny. I love his sense of humor. I’ve been following his program and it really does work. It’s slow and steady but wins the race. I can’t believe how my hunger is managed.

Thank you for uploading and sharing. My only query would be... are there any studies that have shown that eating a very high protein diet does not spike blood sugar levels? Esp if it focused on eating 100% thou be it for a short duration. I especially liked the 'take home message' ... Eat more protein and contract the muscles.

Yes we thought this too. we really debated over if we should air this but then decided that the P:E stuff made it worthwhile. Good point.
