Composition by FJØRA, (Alexandra Petkovski) check her out here: www.fjoramusic.com This was fun. Haven't been feeling super inspired lately but this idea felt right and it turned out exactly how I imagined in my head (which doesn't always happen haha). Super special thanks to Fjøra for capturing the vibe of this video/ piece perfectly in her composition. Make sure to check out her links and show her some love!

WAW, Super impressive! Since we don't have cherry blossoms in the Southern Hemisphere, I guess I can change that to a Apple or Lemon tree with green and yellow colours.

It’s just a few different components. Broken down it’s manageable! Just gotta do it one step at a time :)

Hello Chef Atwood, that was an amazing video. Thank you for posting it. If I may inquire, you use a food dehydrator to dehydrate the chocolate cherry blossom tree. Could I use my standard convection oven to dehydrate it at a very low temperature for a few hours ? Say 150 F?

I’m not her, but yes. I use mine to dry larger quantities of meringue and it works great.

Oh and did you just whip cremeux into a mousse!? Genius! Plus a cameo from the shitty wee blender! What more could you ask for!
@ChefStudioChannel4 жыл бұрын
Thanks Al! Ya so the cremeux is a lot less dense than what I’d normally do so that you can whip it and get like a nice silky, not too heavy texture. Hahaha so funny you would say that I was thinking about that when I was using it hahaha

In case we don't have dehydrator...should we bake it?
@JinhC4 жыл бұрын
turning oven on to the lowest it will go should work, i don't see any reason why it would ruin the trees.
@ChefStudioChannel4 жыл бұрын
Yep! Like James said here. Just cook it low in the oven until these are dried out completely.
