Sorry,, Chopping foreign veg, by hand does not make food artisan. "we chop all our food by hand" For feck sake. Artisan should be specialist. Decades of training. A J1 in the US in Subway or Pizza Hut does not make you an artisan. The Trading standards in the UK would be all over you for false advertising! "locally sourced".. Tesco down the road.. Tell me what is "local" to Dublin?

KM OK, formalities aside. Viewing their set up is impressive. They add colour, character and an alternative. Let the people choose! Or McDonald's? In New Zealand, I wouldn't "excuse me madam... but from whence did your block of cheese originate"? "Eat it or fuck off" would be the reply.
