Hi, healthcare provider here (NP). Chantal’s health is in a very bad state. That is not all fat in her abdomen, that’s sign of ascites from liver disease. She has the physical presentation of someone with not just diabetes but metabolic syndrome. It means all of the important organs are dysfunctional due to obesity and diabetes; her cardiovascular, hepatic, and respiratory systems are in pathological states. The body can only compensate so much and for so long until all the symptoms start showing and by that time it’s too late to correct to pre-diseased state. Chantal is so delusional in thinking she has time to spare, wasting time worrying about reaction channels and still eating huge amounts of food. It really is disturbing and disgusting from a healthcare provider’s perspective.

It’s just harder the other way around. Some countries have strict requirements for entry. If you’re a US or Canadian citizen with a passport, you can obtain visas pretty much anywhere. People in many other countries don’t have that luxury. Idk how it would be in Canada, but if Salah tried to border hop into the US he would need a full medical exam, to be interviewed @ an embassy, get a background check, PROOF OF INCOME, etc. They don’t just give visas away in the west, it’s not that simple. Many other countries want tourist revenue from westerners so they welcome them with open arms, visa in hand - meanwhile the US is like “um can you afford a hospital bill if you get hurt here?”😂

It's not a serving spoon. It's a regular tablespoon. We have them in my country. It's exactly 1 table spoon per my measuring spoons. It would probably be difficult to go through the immigration process for a Syrian. She would have to be the one dealing with it and we know how she is with bureaucracy or... any other effort.

I have to say one thing first --- it's not important because lying about weight is very common but I think lying to this extent says something about the actual delusion she keeps herself in. *There is absolutely no way that woman weighs 320 lbs* I mean, she is not even in the vicinity of 320. The idea that *she feels* she can make people believe she weighs 320 is what I am so stunned by. It's very possible that this will never be as easy as Chantel just taking off, dumping Salah, and going back to Canada (or anywhere else). Like you said - she likely just signed all the paperwork. Well, if Salah is half the con man we all thought he was, just imagine what Chantel actually signed. Those documents combined with marital law in that country, the rather limited rights afforded there to a woman from another country, the lack of women's rights and full autonomy in Kuwait --- Chantel is a foolish woman who wouldn't bother for one minute securing her own protection in this situation. She was only interested in getting a ring around that man who she knew *nothing* about. I would be willing to bet that getting rid of him will be *anything but* simple.

Chantal weighs 550 pounds no way she weighs 350 pounds ! There’s a video showing her getting weighed by a Kuwait doctor and she weighed 550 pounds and Chantal admitted she’s been lying about her weight all along! Remember how she set her cheap scales back over 100 pounds and Peetz weighed himself and weighed 90 pounds!
