Amber is specific with her word choice when lying by omission. She says she never “physically saw” her weight over 572.4lbs. But in one of her old clips where she saw a weight loss doctor, she was told that she could lose 300lbs in X months at a rate of Ylbs per month. I forget the specifics but this added up to something like 630lbs when calculated for current weight. So she uses this “physically saw” comment because her back was probably turned while being weighed at the hospital.

To answer the question about Turkey vs turkey, the name for the country came first in English. Another bird, the guinea fowl, was imported into Europe via Turkey and was called “turkey-hen” in English. Then, when English-speakers got to North America and saw the bird, they called it “turkey” because it resembles a turkey-hen.

So does that mean that every time I see a turkey looking bird a in my back yard, it's more appropriate for me to call them turkey-hens?

Alex, your remarks about the unconcern about office workers (which also means lower and middle executives in a corporation, usually have some kind of degree, even if it is a community college degree or an undergraduate degree. They have generally spent a lot of money for their education (as compared to their salaries) and are expected to show up at work in business, not casual clothing. No one protects them from poultry annual raises as little as the corporation can get away with. I can say this because I was a higher level executive with a law degree and advanced law degrees in a multibillion dollar company for 13 years. As far as the exemption from the fast food workers for Panera, it's because a large donor to the Democrats had multiple Panera franchises. Sorry if you don't want to know this, but it is the truth.
