I eat lobsters in Thailand, they are big and cheap. Love it. Lobsters 🦞…I have BBQ fish. Only for 5$. Is 1 kg fish. Love it.

I did the same with baguette ($2) slap some cheese on the baguette place in the steamer remove from steamer, place it on the grill pour mustard sauce, add "speci0l seasoning", add sesame seeds and the piece-de-resistance, a generous burst of scallions. and voila! to complete, burn off some butane to the underside of the baguette.

запомните, что лобстер - это омар (разница только в правописании между английским lobster и французским homard), омар внешне похож на очень крупного рака с массивными клешнями. Лангуст внешне напоминает скорее гигантскую креветку с очень длинными усами: клешни у него отсутствуют 🙏

Cheese? Lord, but why? Wouldn't the cheese dull the taste of the lobster itself? The tenderness, piquancy and sweetness of this splendor will go away! I am terrified. To go with such a lobster, with its sweetness, is a glass of good dry white wine, with notes of bitterness and sourness... and NIRVANA is waiting in open arms. Sorry, maybe I don’t understand something about food, but forcing yourself to taste cheese and lobster is bad manners. Why not take aged hard сheeses - Emmental, Pecorino, Cheddar, or, as a last resort, Parmesan - with bright dry wine. These three tastes extend life for a whole year. That's it, I'm dead!🤣❤️ Gourmet, dear, where is the taste of lobster ITSELF? Tell me why...?

Dry white wine, a good variety, wonderfully cleanses the taste buds and thus you can fully enjoy the true taste of the delicacy. Food must be felt to be enjoyed. Moreover, how will you be able to feel the taste of something new, unknown? Do you even eat Kobe meat without red wine? I can’t do that, I even eat Wagyu with wine. Don't you know that wine is good for the body? I'm talking about drinking wine, but not drinking! Yes, and don’t forget that the truth is in the wine!

I'm from Italy....I don't like fish, especially delicious seafood, with so many sauces, cheese, etc....They spoil the real taste of the flesh, of the sea..... I love it boiled or grilled with just some salt and lemmon/lime on...That's all....

@@vmen1436 Sì...ho vissuto in Estremo Oriente (Brunei, due anni... e poi Malaysia, Filippine, Indonesia, Thailandia, ecc...) per anni ed ho potuto valutare le situazioni , toccando di mano il buono ed il cattivo.... Hanno dei frutti di mare e del pesce a dir poco "fantastici", ma , secondo me, da Italiano con cultura "mediterranea" , li riempiono di "pastrocchi" che annientano letteralmente il sapore primordiale dell'elemento base..... La cucina Cinese, in molti casi, si salva, ed in molti piatti è molto buona.... In linea di massima anche le altre si difendono (Thai, Vietnamita, ecc...) ma sono molto speziate e piene di salse che non avrebbero ragione di esistere.... Comunque....bisogna fare di "necessità Virtù "...😅😅😅 Buone cose...
