As an Indian, like she said there's maggie, top ramen and other variants of commercial noodles. There are noodle dishes in Karnataka and some North Eastern states as well if I'm not wrong though not aware of their exact names at the moment. Actually, most of Thai people would think about Guay Tiew when heard of the word 'noodles'. You can choose noodle type and soup you want by yourself. Pad Thai is great but as a Thai fellow, I think it's time to introduce different dishes other than Pad Thai🥲

Is Guay Tiew Chinese food?😊 I am from Indonesia with Chinese descendants, usually we consider Guay Tiaw is Chinese food from Teo chew ethnic

@@itshry It’s true that it’s originated from China but it adapted so much that we didn’t consider to be entirely Chinese food. There are also Chinese noodle dish but we usually labeled with the specific name. Hope this help🤗

Guauy tiew will be also sweet. Tom yum will be also sweet. Thai people tend to think that any food that is sweet is delicious.

@@BDBestB The taste depends on the region as well. Central Thailand people (including Bangkok) tend to have sweet tooth so some restaurants cook the dish too sweet. (I also don’t like sweet dish😅)

In India, any noodles can be used for Chow Mein, including spaghetti. No distinction is made. The one here is definitely spaghetti, that's why it taste like spaghetti. 😂😂😂

For any Indians who are practicing Hindus make sure you ask for Vegetarian Pho. Pho is a dish traditionally made with boiling cow bones to make the broth and then strips of beef are put in the hot soup broth to cook it along with the noodles, as seen in the video. I'm guessing the Indian girl, Yukta Tyagi, isn't a practicing Hindu and thus has no problem eating it, but for anyone who does want to try it just know there are places that offer vegetarian friendly broth so you can try Pho!

Could have simply said 'any vegetarians please ask for vegetarian Pho' instead of saying Practicing Hindus. There are several Hindu cultures where meat and fish are part of the traditional cuisine.
@artsome Жыл бұрын
hindus who eat meat and fish still do not consume beef or any of it's derivates, and would have to ask for a vegetarian version of pho due to the way the broth is prepared originally. Nothing wrong with the comment
@harinivaradarajan999 Жыл бұрын
@@artsomeBeef is consumed quite commonly by a lot Hindus in several states in India - Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Arunachal Pradesh, Andhra to name a few. I really would suggest you do some reasearch or at least try reading up a bit about cultures before making blanket statements like "practising Hindus don't eat beef". Food habits are more cultural than religious.
