I always tell my eat healthy friends that I might die young but I'll die with a smile on my face because I have eaten all the tasty foods available to men. Eating healthy is not easy and you're limited in food selection. Not only that, you have to maintain it everyday for all of your life. Same deal whether you're in the 20s or 80s.

docalarm You actually don’t though! Everything in moderation. It’s okay to indulge every now and again, just not everyday. If you eat this once maybe even two to three times a month (depending on your activity level and metabolism) nothing bad will happen. If you eat this every day then boom Professor Klump. You just have to balance eating healthy most of the time and having something like this some of the time and work out! It ain’t easy but it’s worthwhile ; )

Did you see how his pancakes were not brown like you would get at a restaurant. It’s because he put butter in his pan before adding the pancake batter. If you want beautiful brown pancakes, use a non stick griddle or non stick pan with no extra oil/butter added Ps. Love Bobby flay. He’s a genius and a master chef. I’d love to eat anything that man cooks

Just use almond milk. Contrary to popular belief eggs are not dairy so if you’re lactose intolerant they won’t do anything to you. However if you’re vegan then there is a vegan egg mix found at Trader Joe’s

@@chelseadeia5805 I am plant based and lactose intolerant. I was referring to the milk! Someone asked what I would use instead of eggs. Eggs aren't dairy, but they give me terrible mucus. I used coconut milk and flax egg and it was amazing. I will give the egg mix from TJ's a go next time I make them thanks!

@foenems grave I grind them and add water to them. Just like with flax seeds they can be used as a binder when making sweets or baked goods without eggs.

Avshalom Hillel I find that pancake recipes rarely tell you to let the batter sit for a while. It makes a huge difference! They’re so much lighter when you let the batter rest to let the baking powder/soda do it’s work.
