Can you please make a video on deep fried mushrooms, the sauce on them is amazing only the Chinese has gotten them to perfection, can't find good recipe on here for them I've tried lol

Interesting dish! But fun fact: as a Singaporean, I’ve never tasted the Singapore noodle ever before…
@becky1993x2 жыл бұрын
I think us brits habe called it that becuase of its spice level. When i order a chow-mein or noddles etc the Singapore version is always labelled as extra hot in the Chinese takeaways.

Singapore Noodles are NOT a Singaporean dish. The reason for the name is unclear but I personally think it is because of Singapore’s role in the spice trade with Indian spices then making their way to China.
@joodiff2 жыл бұрын
Yes it’s not a Singaporean dish. Am Singaporean and you’ll be met with quizzical stares if you ask for Singapore noodles at the eateries and restaurants here. 😂 This noodle dish is from Hong Kong actually.

@Oliver's mummy have worked out what works for me which is half tablespoon per 2 nests of noodles.🙂
@annebruce51353 жыл бұрын
@Oliver's mummy what I would say is i like a medium heat curry taste, if you . If you like full on heat go for the tablespoon per 2 nests.🙂

You do not even know what noodle is, in old enlgish it is the back of your head, in modern etymology the word does not exist, because noodle is a coruption of the German word knödel, which is derived from the Czech word knedlik, which means boiled bread. The real word is Mi Hun or Mi Fan or Mai Fun, depending on the Chinese dialect.

Why Garam masala, madras paste and curry powder, surely the GM or Madras on their own should be plenty?!
