@@glenroyreid2509 She's making food that tastes really good - i.e. for a party or a gathering. If you want less salt because you have a medical issue, then you put less salt - but it wont taste as good.

That isn’t souvlaki. Souvlaki is pork meat on a stick cooked on a grill. It is marinated in olive oil, oragano, salt, pepper and lemon juice. What she cooks looks good but it is not souvlaki.
