I had an alcohol problem, smoked a pack a day, didn’t exercise, ate awful. So I decided to quit it all. I quit booze first, started a diet and work out and lost 10 pounds first week, quit smoking and my endurance increased, my skin complexion returned, my mind is clear and I am sober. Anyone can do it if you put your mind to it. You can go from a slob to a brad Pitt in literally 6 months

@@overcomer1921 had my ups and downs but once you’re focused on your goals it can be achieved, meditating, strong will power, it’s ok to fail it only helps you learn from your mistakes. Are you in the process of making a life change as well?

@@Monstermania101 I have not smoked in 11 days, I was a pack a day.. my struggle is energy.. I keep passing out and I'm in dry spells throughout the day. Meaning no want to do anything. I believe this to shall pass, was just on hear hoping to gain so inspiration from others that have conquered this!

@@overcomer1921 absolutely my friend, it’s tough, I felt the exact same way and I also felt constantly hungry and anxious for about a week for me. I’d recommend taking walks, chew gum and drink a gallon of water a day, flush out the toxins as fast as possible and you’ll be feeling a lot better!

@@overcomer1921 also if you have any past hobbies that gave you joy give those a shot as well, mine included filming my hikes, painting, reading, having something to fill that void is a major key component to getting over smoking 110%

I always have a glass of milk before or with a smoke. It's a trigger. So for me, that's bad advice

That's lame. The first thing I want after I eat is to smoke. I eat this stuff and have no problem smoking.
