Not that you're interested in troubleshooting my issue but here it is. DA2 Act2 mods installed everything is running smooth. DLC timings mod starts legacy after i leave the deep roads. I go to start the Prime Suspects quest in the Gallows and Emeric and his handler are not there. The quest icon doesn't even appear over on the map. Removing the mods doesn't seem to do anything. Any ideas besides restarting? I tried loading a save from before i finished legacy and the quest npc and map icon were still missing. I feel like reloading an even older save would be a waste because I could just get to Prime Suspect and find it's still bugged out.

I don’t use the dlc timing mod but I know it conflicts with a few other mods so there might be an issue with a mod conflict! I’d suggest reading through all the mods you have and seeing if there’s any issues. You could also try removing all your mods except the dlc timing and seeing if that fixes your issue and then install the rest back in one after another and see what’s causing the issue!

И ведь есть ещё турнирный щит, почему бы не дать его Авелин ? И насколько я вижу, есть ещё топор наёмника... Он одноручный ? Может дать этот топор Авелин ?

In the next episode or so Carver gets a different weapon, I can't give Aveline a weapon at this point as she's not available as a companion.
