Barks Mcgee was always the name I gave the mabari in DAO. unless I was doing a dwarf noble run of the game, then he would be named Snowball.

Gage is a cute name for a mabari~ When I first played Origins and 2 it was around the time Frozen had come out and I was obsessed with the movie, so I named my first dog Sven in Origins and in 2 he was Olaf 😅

Recently found the channel and have been catching up on various series, many thanks for content! Having a bit harder time with this new series, mostly due to enjoying the immersive style of story telling and (sorry!) having 10 or so minutes of a 20 minute video shopping vendors and sorting gear is not that enjoyable.

The premise of DA2 is almost the complete opposite of Origins. In Origins you're basically in a medieval fairytale with many options and paths to choose from, and a storybook style ending. In DA2, no matter what your choices, things become more and more grim, and there's No happy ending. Although I much prefer the "Twin-ception" and "Save the Day" mods over the original game version. Unfortunately, as compelling a character as Carver is, he's such a brat.

With the twins mod I'm curious how its going to work out when one goes to the Deep roads and another goes to the circle or the templars. Can they both go to the deep road's or just the one?

Hi Foodie; I just started playing DA2 two days ago > PC run. By the way, my take on DA Veilguard is pretty iffy; they could have over reached a bit, as in "Not Followed the DA Canon." 👀

I honestly haven't felt that a lot of stuff has been changed cannon wise and I'm really happy to see that they're leaning into the descent DLC for Harding as that was a huge lore bomb that I'm sad not a lot of people remember / have seen before! Plus the titan/ancient elf/magic lore looks like it'll get explored which is at the heart of DA!

@@FoodThenGames Good morning; the reviews that I have been "reviewing" tend to be on my side of things. DA: The Veilguard is 'Out of Character'; even the name went from DA: Dreadwolf an already good name to the new one. Bioware should have used "Veilguard" alone for example. By the way, 'The Dective' companion has a Dreadful pair of fashion shoes... 👀
