Thanks for introducing me to this place in London. I hadn't heard of it. Please continue wd this Series.. It's heartening to know dat there r so many Indian Restos out there. Here, they are vanishing as ppl r more into Cafes n Mc Do kinda places. A very Happy Holi to u dear Chetna. Stay Blessed..

To each their own but I didn't like the food at Govinda's. I decided to eat at the restaurant after praying upstairs. I found the food to be quite bland, it didn't have enough masala in the food. Saying so, it's a good place for people who find Indian food to be too strong.

"Oldest Indian restaurant in the UK." Over 35 yrs.... So I flew into London in 1970, year I was to finish college, and a friend of a friend had hooked us up w a Brit born in India as part of the Raj who took us to a little hole in the wall for an Indian lunch. What might that restaurant have been?

This guy is saying he is the oldest in the uk because he has been there for 35 years 😂😂😂😂😂😂
