i just had wander franco, despite being wrecked, play into his 43 and 44 year seasons as an elite player still. they've definitely fixed it by this game. it amazes me how far foolish baseball has come from the OOTP tutorial videos i watched for ootp 18/19. really cool

100% Agree with trying to accelerate the game. I wish they would have a mode where you can pick up a team just after the postseason so you can truly make your own build over time. I always simulate a full season before picking up a team so I feel like I did something right out of the gate

Really hoping you will deep dive into the new expanded Team and Player strategies. Specifically, Pitch Around, Hold Runners, and INF and OF shifts. Do you go with general team settings, or will you set up specific ones based on a pitchers ratings? What ratings will factor into your decision making? For SPs/RPs is the opener/follower feature something to use or not? As always, the bullpen, with all the various roles, still is confusing. Breaking these down in detail would be great. For hitters, how will you utilize the player strat features to deal with fatigue. If you give the player a "rest at x%" value, what will those be and what goes into that decision. Is Lefty v Righty more important or less? Perhaps you can try the feature where the AI sets the player strats (not the Team Strats presets on Global page) and see if you think the AI is helpful or not.
