Shohei’s one of my favorite players in baseball and it’s somehow a herculean effort for the Angels to get him anywhere near the playoffs. Same goes for Trout.

It's obvious to anyone that watches Angels games that Ohtani shines when the pressure is on. Makes it hurt even more how far the Angels are from a playoff appearance where it would matter most.

I think it's probably one of the reasons why his stats for the 2nd half were not as good as the 1st half. He himself said it was hard to stay motivated in September. Of course there's many other reasons maybe but the team's success definitely plays a big part in a players success too. But would i want to see him in a different jersey? Not exactly. I want to see him and trout getting the ring together someday!

Seriously that swing is butter. Kinetic sequence on point. I bet he would absolutely murder a golf ball. Lol. Where's that video of Mike Trout and some other guys smashing em at Top Golf? So dope. Cody Bellinger also I believe? Anyway... I'm high. You do awesome work.

Incredible video. I loved all the deep dives into the more unusual or less looked at ways that this season was so spectacular. I am really hoping he can do it all again with Trout and Rendon healthy and giving each other support and protection in the lineup all year. Would be crazy to see a Trout, Ohtani MVP race with both of them getting around 10 WAR seasons. I think everyone would like to get one more pitcher on their team (you can never have enough), but I'd love to see them get one more as well (Rodon, Kershaw, Kikuchi or trades for an As pitcher or Castillo would all be really fun and really push this team over the edge I feel).

Shohei ohtani is the greatest athlete of my lifetime and it’s not even close. Idc if he never has a full season of both hitting and pitching again. We all saw someone do something a person has never, or will ever do in our human history. Shohei is a god amongst men
