Thanks dear i was affected stroke last year October 28 2023, now i have recovered most of symptoms except the foot drop When i was searching devices that can help i get across social media from your vedio then i told my sister to purchase through amazon since i can't get from where I'm Thanks to Allah the device reached me to night I hopefully expect it will fix this foot drop

I found nice exercises for dorsiflexion. I use a broom and, with hand resistance, pull the broom down while I try to dorsiflex. I find it much more comfortable compared to a resistance band. What do you think about it?

Hi Daniel, I normally wear dealer type or Chelsea boots. Are you able to recommend an AFO which I can use whilst wearing such boots?

The AFO can attach to laces or foot. Not sure with boot unless it could wrap around the boot. Unsure if such a product exists.

I get that but these devices don’t have to be crutches.They can be devices used to train your foot or whatever part with your help and to eventually get you back to some semblance of of how your natural self was .If you look at it as a crutch then that’s down to you
