I used to do ballet for 9 almost 10 years but had to get out of it because my feet started to cramp REALLY bad. So bad that my toes would point in different directions without bending! I miss dance though and it's been 20 years since I last danced in a class. Do you think these stretches would help me or hinder me?

Same, I feel like it’s not very realistic and I would so appreciate seeing someone without a high instep and arches and see the difference even if it’s like over a week or what not. I am sure it’s not gonna happen it would take too long to film and see progress Like how amazing would it be if you took a student who is struggling with floot flexibility and strength and have trouble getting over their box en pointe. Like did a combination of simple exercises and see the progress and how amazing would it be to see their joy at finally being able to get over their box in 1st or 2nd or whatever they struggled with. It would be much more emotionally satisfying and I’m sure the dancer may not be a star student but it could be a huge opportunity for them

No, I don't think it can make you lose virginity but if u overstretch too much, it sure will stops your growth and makes you breast flat. So don't overstretch too much
