Whenever I see candid footage of Marilyn Monroe, I'm always struck by not only her beauty, and sweetness, but also by her vulnerability, and insecurity. I always feel like if just one person in her life had been there for her in a healthy supportive way, without any ulterior motives, that she could have had a much happier life. It seems like everyone from the day she was born let her down, or wanted something from her. Rest in peace Marilyn.

My God she is so overwhelming just through the screen I can't imagine what it must have been like being in her glorious presence and seeing her in person, what an absolutely perfect Goddess! Also the vulnerability and shyness is so striking that I just wanna hug her...the way they kept making her do retakes for things that she's so flawlessly natural at shows that people constantly tried to chip at her self confidence.
