My sister's house is flooding in Seffner. Also no power. Hybrid car is already up to the bottom of the hubcaps as well. Rain continues with no end in sight for another day or two. It was about a foot per hour, for a while. I don't know how hard it is raining now. She's not alone. There are LOTS of people being flooded with this rain.

Keep in mind that in cases like these, power companies as a measure of safety cut power off purposely to prevent the expected fallen power lines to be live, though their customers would have lost power anyway. Thus way repairs can start as soon as the storm passes. Be safe.

I lived in Va when hurricane Isabelle hit What a f mess 65 mile per hour winds deep in Va near Charlottesville .Our family had only 3 trees down and my fathers home never lost power boy God is very good for us I pray for all who have been thru all these hurricanes
