I get the same thing happening. Weirdly, just flicking from positive to cautious throughout the match seems to help. Keep an eye on the match momentum. If you start to flatline flick from one mentality to the other. Also, keep en eye on match ratings of players. Anything from 6.4 down, starting subbing off. I subbed a 6.2 off at the 23 minute mark a few weeks ago and it saved the game 2-1 in the end. The console version doesn't seem to be great at giving you good live match information however. The PC one definately helps you out a lot more there. 🤔
