Great video, I've been out of touch (lol) with FM for the past few years because my Macbook can't handle the new versions very well, but this looks like a perfect segue back into the FM world before I upgrade my Mac. It may even end up being the preferred option for me as it works across devices and isn't too in depth.

Terrible business decision. Cut out all these different platforms (Netflix, apple arcade... etc.) Simplify the business model a little into FM mobile Free(keep the one they have now) and FM Mobile Paid, which would have all the touch/console features. And it would be for both mobile devices, apple/Android. Both, still with in-apps. Not sure why they don't wanna make money. Because then everyone could have access to a better version that we'd be willing to pay for. Not just apple people.

They have 5x the player base they had 3 years ago before they started partnering with these platforms. The platforms pay them way more than they made selling the game directly to players.

​@@lollujo Love the channel, big fan lol..... BUT... 1. EVERYONE has a play store. A way to get mobile games no matter what device they have. 2. Only a 1/4 of the population has/wants netflix. Alienating people who just wanna play the game on their phone without having to pay for some streaming service along with it. 3. As far as the better, more interesting, more playable version of the game, they've left out HALF the worlds population by giving it to IOS/Apple. .... I don't care about the pile of cash they got. They, in effect, have made both versions of that game on mobile HARDER to get and LESS available than having it on A play store in the first place. You can't convince me that its better and more available now that you have to have those SPECIFIC things to play it. It doesnt make sense.

I cant even work out to use the UI. Arcade cost me around £90 for the year and its the only game I’ve played. there’s not even any of the old downloads like editor, always been a cornerstone of FM and CM before.

So this is my first year playing FM. I'm enjoying it a lot on PC. I'm visiting family for the holidays and downloaded for my switch....and I can't stand it. I've legitimately hit more posts and cross bars in the first 6 games of my season than I have in 3 seasons on the PC. Is this a known thing or is my team just insane?

You’d lose access to the game. If you stayed paying again, your save should still be there

Would be good to get a different vid on the switch version of the game centered around performance and how it affects battery (but also noting any differences between that and the iOS version of touch) Really want to get it for my switch for on the go, but there have been so many terrible switch ports which have made me very very hesitent to shell out for it on there

I've bought every version on Switch so far and have never had any problems. Battery life isn't amazing but it's not terrible either and performance is pretty fast

I’ve been playing fm since the early days 93 onwards don’t really have the time anymore as to playing the pc version, I’ve now got fm touch on my I pad I’ve got 2021 9th gen I pad, is there a way of putting face packs and logo and all the stuff I used to put on my pc. Plz help cheers

I love the touch version but will not be paying £80 for a single game. About £7/mo. Dont play other games. Such a shame they dont sell it on its own too.

It only exists because of Apple Arcade, so a standalone version is pretty unlikely. If you’ve bought any Apple device in the last year though, you probably have a trial of Apple Arcade you can use. I haven’t paid for it ever I don’t think. But through various trials and getting Apple one with my phone contact, I’ve had it since launch

Put really simply, the higher the buy in of a player, the better they’ll perform in matches. The higher the influence of a player, the more their buy in will impact on the performance of the team as a whole

They should think of us "casuals" as i just love football manager, but its too much hassle with the whole morality etc. things. I hate fm touch arcade because the ai teammates dont score much against each other knly 1:0, 2:0, 2:1, 0:0, 1:1 scoreline and it's hard to keep cleen sheets even if you park the bus

So this is the free console version but on iPhone. I’d rather mobile over touch. The 3d engine is a nice touch but you can’t interact with players. The console version felt so empty… and it didn’t have to be that way! Sure, for iOS I can see it being bare bones but when I’m playing fm24 console (same as touch) on my ps5… idk. There could’ve been more meat Luckily, Epic games is giving away FM24 for pc FOR FREE until the end of the week. Go get your copy now because fm25 could potentially be a dumpster fire

My FM24 Touch on Switch has crashed twice in the middle of matches. Instability is the one unforgivable sin for software, so it gets a rating of 1 ⭐️ out of 5. Frankly it’s pathetic for a $45 game.

Horny for this on the switch. I prefer touch over console because i prefer playing in bed. I play the console version with freinds and do the usual European leagues Where as on my switch i like playing the asian leagues or north and south American leagues
