Having not played since FM15 it’s fair to say it’s got a lot more in depth! It’s taking me hours just to get to a game at this point so thanks for the tutorial

Also, the beauty of the game is that when I first started I was very daunted on where to even start... nowadays though, I have built my very own "things-to-do" list and everyone's will be different, there is no right/wrong way to play!

getting used to hiring staff has huge benefits by the end of 2nd or 3rd season of a club, if youve gone the running contracts down route with them, the AI never hires the best staff, only a little better when your picked staff member is one of the best aswell, ive started controlling the scouting for the first time this year and starting to get used to it getting more U18s showing up for home grown buys

For the goals discussion with the board, when you added the "Win a domestic cup" as a goal for the 2024/2025 season, the "Challenge for the FA Cup" goal for the current season was automatically removed. Then they put it back in when you removed the "Win a domestic cup" goal. So, they didn't actually add another goal for you.

Just got into fm24, last one was maybe 18 , much changes! followed through some of your video to get to grips with some of the newer features and ui changes. noticed in case others hadn't, you can also set the squad on the tactics page to show the same custom view, very helpful thanks @lollujo

Why is Saliba not registered as home grown on your screen? They abused the same loop hole for Martinelli and Saliba but only one is home grown according to FM?

I'm a longtime FM player who is returning to 24 and I appreciate you going over the recruitment focus stuff. Do you tend to use that over Scouting Assignments? I usually start in lower leagues where the scouting is pretty much from scratch and I was having trouble even setting up my one scout to scout players in my division.

Not Kev, but he tends to just delegate most of scouting to his staff, and just look at the reports when they come through.
