So everyone knows I failed my first fitness test. Shock. I had just one more chance to pass, so to aid my fitness journey I enlisted the help of my PT Nicky T Fitness to kick my 🍑 into shape.

WOW! You can be immensely proud of yourself - this is a seriously hard test and doing it voluntarily kind of makes it harder because well, in the end you don't really have to put yourself through it. But you did, you didn't give up you trained and you fought for it with body and mind and have been reaping the reward.
