This exact drill is also very helpful for us self defense types. At the agility pole spot? We literally hit the "wrestling switch out" or spin off the opponent to get to our opponent's back. The sprint portion is us running down our opponent and the C.O.D. parts are us pursuing/escaping from our opponents while navigating the environment.

Nice 1 man. Watching you move, makes my legs hurt. Awesome job mate. Telling someone how to do something is one thing. Showing them how is another. Beast .

What position should a 6 ft 4 play?
@brysontucker48214 жыл бұрын
joe afu depends on your body composition, skill set and speed. Lots of options at that height.

B Brazy more then likely a corner back if your skinny wouldn’t recommend running back because they will light you up wide receiver is good for medium weight and quarter back but if ur fat linemen Is for u

Tight end or wide receiver would fit you if you want to play offense, for defense it's really about your body type...If you are in high school, 6'4 would prolly work in any position honestly
