This is one of the most consistent statements about Jiren and again shows up whenever he does. Denying this statement throws out everything else that has ever been said about Jiren and implys that Whis does not know the power of his own student and that Ultra Instinct has no business being so respected by the gods. However despite all that Beerus is stronger then a stronger ui goku in the manga. In universe the only explanation would be that Beerus himself got stronger between the arcs considering the idea that Whis somehow did not know his own student's power is ridiculous.

Wasnt there a "different timeline" explanation as to why traveling to the past did not affect the future in the cell saga? If so, they couldn't go back in time to defeat the androids of their own time/reality using that machine. I think I remember Future Trunks had to defeat the androids when he returned home at the end of the cell saga. They could go back in time to train(basically what trunks did) but thats effectively the same thing as using the chamber anyways. Honestly its a miracle trunks didn't get lost on any trip to or from home though considering infinite timelines and possibilities. If I remember correctly, he didn't realize it was a different timeline when we first got in the machine. I could be wrong about it though. Its been so long since I've seen any db.

Eventually a Zamasu out there's gonna realize that Future Trunks is the one he needs to take the body of. After all, two iterations of himself were killed by Trunks and another was slain by Beerus due to his time traveling. Not only this, but he one-shot Frieza and King Cold, defeated Cell as well as the Androids, and killed both Dabura and Babidi all on his own. He did all of this without even achieving Super Saiyan 2. If we're to count movies as well, he got his sword from Taipon, which is a magical blade that can seal away evil monsters, and knows not only Galick Gun but also Maskenko and Kamehameha as evident in the Bio Broly movie. He's learned how to do the Demon Containment Wave and has made his own technique that no one else taught him, the Burning Attack. Since the Cell Saga, the real protagonist has always been Trunks.

@@geraldking9385 androids rampaged a lot longer in the bad future, so trunks got to teen. babidi doesn't show up until much later because i guess since all the other Zfighters were dead and Cell didn't go Perfect, it took a lot longer for Babidi to reach the same amount of energy as the main timeline.
