Another detail which I think you didn’t mention, is that BEFORE Baby becomes a Great Ape, he almost sounds like Frieza’s old female VA. It’s like a pattern now where the trailers, and only the trailers for some reason having the wrong voice actors 😂

(Although the select animation is still a reference to OG Goku's from the original show, so it's still likely a early game of the build since Daima Goku was most likely built off of OG.)

8:29 I believe that it is actually Ultra Big Bang Kamehameha. Ever since FighterZ they've changed the normal "Big Bang Kamehameha" to "Ultra Big Bang Kamehameha". (At least when talking about SS4 Gogeta's version) Even Dokkan did this and now it looks like Sparking Zero is too. Also a thing to note is that in both FighterZ and Dokkan SS4 Gogeta had Ultra Big Bang Kamehameha as a super attack and x100 Big Bang Kamehameha as an Ultimate. (or in Dokkan's case his active skill)

@@Mohmar2010 Daima Goku is in the DLC. The translation is OG Goku. He wields his power pole. The way it's positioned on his chest and the animation he does in the beginning is from OG. Perhaps they'll try to change it. (The translation doesn't say OG by the way, but it is meant to be original in the build that got leaked. Similarities to Daima are present but in the current version it is meant to be OG Goku, but will probably be changed to Daima to hype it up on launch.)

Here's hoping for the other Shadow Dragons Nova and Ice feel near certain. But I would do unspeakable things for Haze Shenron, Oceanus Shenron (Princess form), Rage Shenron (Giant) and Naturalis Shenron (Pan absorbed Giant form) Give them a chance for a game for once. We deserve them!

I was always a big fan of Pan in dragon ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 2 I use to have a kid squad a team of 5 with Ubb, Pan, Goten, Kid Trunks, and Kid Goku it was nostalgic I love this

04:59 this is a weird take , but I assume the director wanted great ape baby to talk as a great ape while in the series he communicated through the mind in this form which is likely why the VA would use Baby's normal voice in video games. What strange is why they have waited over 20 years to do this though. Even in Final Bout he talked like a human.

There's Move Customization in the game so Final Shine Attack may actually be Vegeta Z-End's Super/Ultimate. Since Vegeta has little to no screen time, I actually don't mind as long as there are two GT costume for him, the usual gt look and the one with his moustache😂

I think some people forgot that in the older english dub games, 1st form voices or something like that were used on some characters in further transformations. Cell is one of the prime examples of this. No matter which form he was in, he always had the 1st form voice besides in the split moment of transforming. It seems like they're fully fixing this "issue" if you consider it one in SZ based on what we've seen so far, which is cool imo

1:46 fun fact Baby Vegeta's Base actually has him have Black Hair, when his Hair is Grey, he's actually in SSJ, as his SSJ Aura confirmed back in GT, Super Baby 1 is SS2 and his Final Form is SS3 and then Golden Great Ape

Plus the reason for the original one being higher is probably because of audio problems or something or they couldn’t do a lower voice at the time, and holy crap this is the longest comment I’ve ever made

In Ultimate Tenkaichi's hero mode, great ape Baby had a deeper voice and in his final line calling out Omega he especially had wrung out his deepest takes. I'm guessing that accent is just a small side effect of the voice actor trying to enunciate properly while speaking so deep.

I hope Gogeta has his regular Big Bank Kamehameha, Vegeta his 2 handed final flash and Goku his blue version of the Kamehameha times ten where he used to charge ki with both hands seperately before combining them. I am glad Super Baby 1 got the only move he used in GT as its Super now. A shame GT Vegeta, GT Goten, GT Gohan, Super 17, GT Trunks, Nova, Eis and General Rildo didn't make it into the game. I don't think the game should add these characters that should be in the game as DLC. DLC should be reserved for stuff that came out after release, what ifs or crossover content.

Tbf with leaving out Super 17 and Nova Shenron, Xenoverse 2 only had Great Ape Baby as a boss and it took a long while for him to actually be playable as his 2nd form, so it’s not the first time something like this has happened.
