Just thought I’d add some stuff: Vortiger’s class is the Black Prior, warrior monks that were in exile, Hulda’s class is the Jormungandr a cult of banished Vikings with rare skin disease that makes their skin like scales. The hammer weapon they use represents Thor’s hammer which they stole after their god killed Thor in Ragnarok

Shugoki I believe means gate keeper or demon of some sort. Their name comes from people setting statues of the “shugoki” in front of gates as a form of protection and like a deal with a demon

That serpent was the world ender snake in Norse mythology. You anger it any way and it destroys the world. Legend says that Thor would do battle with it in the final clash and the lore isn’t quite clear on the answer as the outcome is either Thor wins but dies of injuries sustained only to enter Valhalla or Thor loses and dies anyway still going to Valhalla. The hammer would be passed on in any event.

Well i really like REALLY didnt believed that ya'll back to For Honor again to react to other stuff and actually try to learn something about the game that was fun to watch and original as well but there was one faction missing, the Wu-lin in my opinion that's the most bad ass faction with the best moveset and style implemeted to it but that's just a thought. @@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames there’s 3 episode cinematic if. They are ignition retake and duality in that order. But there’s also gameplay trailer agent reveal/gameplay. And community animated/drawn videos that they started to put up recently. If you want lore I recommend the cinematic. But if your interested in the actually game I recommend agent reveal and gameplay trailer of the new agents. You could also see gameplay of the developers playing during the beta if you can find it. I’d personally watch any valorant reaction

I'm just gonna catelogue any lines I find funny, as someone who plays a lot of For Honor: Already I love calling the Centurion "the Johnny Cage of For Honor" because he's such a bastard to fight. Also something to note after the Peacekeeper one: all factions started with 1 female, 1 male, and 2 that could be either based on your customization. For the Knights, Peacekeeper and Lawbringer are the locked-in, while Warden and Conquerer are either. Vikings have Valkyrie and Warlord locked-in, with raider and berserker either, and Samurai have the female Nobushi and male Shugoki, with Orochi and Kensei either. Obviously DLC could go either way, but to start the game there was a lot of options, and theoretically your roster could have been 75% female or 75% male at your own discretion. So, for the Orochi, asking what it means, I'll quote the wiki: Orochi (Kanji: 大蛇) means serpent in Japanese, which refers to a mythical eight-headed serpent named Yamata no Orochi. OK...so let's break down the teams... Hulda, Valk, Kensei, Aramusha, Nobushi, Shinobi, Vortiger, Peacekeeper, Warden, and Lawbringer...VERSUS...Raider, Warlord, Berserker, Shamen, Shugoki, Orochi, Gryphon, Warmonger, Conquerer, and Centurion. So Bethany's team has some really strong characters...and ones that have grown and fallen in the meta after so many years. Ken is much the same. Standouts among the entire roster...if I break it down to the MOST useful, would probably be Lawbringer, Warden, Aramusha, and Hulda on Bethany's side and Shamen, Orochi, Gryphon/Warmonber, and Centurion on Ken's. Ken has some of the stronger meta's right now, with Shamen being so damn brutal and hard to pin down, as well as Gryphon and Warmonger who are fresh enough to not have been nerfed to oblivion like peacekeeper and Shinobi. If we were doing 1v1 battles I might have to give it to Ken for having some really strong, really midline, and not many weakling characters, but if we did this in a group battle where each opponent fought together in a Dominion-like battle (3 points across the map to hold), Bethany might do better. Some characters do better with 2v1 battles, or jumping into the middle of an existing fight. Standouts include Peacekeeper, Shinobi, and Nobushi. Ken, with a lot of really really strong solo fighters, might have trouble if any of his fighters were forced into a 1v2 or 1v3 fight. The exception would be Shamen and Centurion, who would decimate the enemy if she joined a fight late. 2v1 fights work best if the joining player is a harasser who distracts and debuffs the enemy while the other mainline solder fights them. For instance, if Ken had his Raider fighting 1 on 1 against Bethany's Aramusha, and Bethany also had the Shinobi kick-stunning and far-grabbing the Raider, he'd crumble pretty fast. So...if you want someone's opinion who's played nearly 500 hours of For Honor, Ken has the stronger roster, but Bethany's team would likely work with more synergy.

Oh great video, love the teams lol. Although, you guys actually missed like 8 characters (gladiator, Highlander, Sakura/hitokiri, and the 5 Chinese Wu Lin) so idk if you wanna take your pickings off camera lol. Also, should be a new character coming out on the 22 this month so get ready :) also considering in game strength I’d say the teams are about even, at least considering the latest reworks. Sorry for the long comment, but as someone who’s played for 5 ish years now, I just love seeing new people find this game!
