My reaction time on human benchmark is 450-400ms End me Edit:This got very controversial so basically on mobile I get 450-400ms and on the TV that I play I get 350-300ms.I tested on a normal pc monitor and I get 250ms so basically the problem is my TV

I'm good at light parries, but it gave me a constant of about 350ms on mobile. Definitely use a pc instead.

From someone who plays mostly on console, I really cannot stress how much being hydrated and having sleep helps. I'm a pretty bad insomniac and after a long night it can be hard to block 500ms lights. Morning after with food and drink, I'm parrying 400ms lights again. Take care of yourself y'all, it really does help and it goes a long way to prevent tilt when you're playing up to your own expectations

For Honor walks that thin line between reaction and prediction. Both feed into one another during gameplay, interestingly enough, and I think that's why I find FH's gameplay to be so unique and addicting.

One thing freeze missed is practice regularly, you need to build up the muscle memory up to get those better reaction times.

i used to be absolute shit at parrying lights. let alone even block them. but after i began predicting what moves my opponent is gonna throw out, my gameplay significantly improved. prediction plays a large part

Yeah changing the controls helped me out quite a bit. My hands just feel more comfortable with light attack at L1 and heavy attack on R1. Maybe it's because I'm left handed and I wanna lighten the load on my right hand, idk, but changing my settings helped my reactions

The reason there aren't too many videos relating to gaming that suggest such balanced and unorthodox methods as _leading a healthy life in general_ is because if people did they might think, "Hey, what am I still playing video games for?" And that would defeat the purpose

Glad you mention exercising and hydration. As soon as I got a grip on that a lot of things changed positively for me. It got me diamond in Siege and top 1000 in NA pubg.

Weirdly enough I always find I play videogames far better when inebriated or heavily sleep deprived, but naturally there are issues with that and I wouldn't recommend anybody copy me, ever.

Oh the days when freeze didn’t teach you everything. Gonna be hard to separate the new toxic tryhards to the old. Oh man freeze wasn’t as popular when he first spawned, compared to now where everyone knows somehow what option select is like it’s candy. Ppl who claim to know everything and be good when they received all info from KZbin but never put in the actual work for 3 years. Experienced for honor from the beta, played all day every single day since, and should be the guys who have say into balancing the game. I guess there is positives somewhere here, Would love to give my own thoughts next to yours with my own channel about the last couple years. Love how you showed the ping at the very end. That is very crucial to everyone’s view when it comes to playing every game.

I've pretty much agreed with you on everything but I gotta say, 1 beer before I start playing for the night and the liquid courage helps me commit to things I would usually feint and parry the lights I would usually be to jumpy to see coming. Yes sleep, diet exercise that's all good but if your over 21 try mixing in just 1 drink and then square up with someone with no fear and see how you do. You may be surprised that little bit of stupor was exactly what you needed to crush that bash spamming bp

to me it's really weird, if I focus my eyes on the color I get about 160ms but if I slightly unfocus my vision (like when you see the screen blurry I keep getting between 80 to 90, which makes no sense and it wouldn't work ingame, maybe its because I have difficulty to focus on tasks so maybe seeing the ads and the other things on the website distracts me.

I find I'm significantly better at this game while drunk. But honestly it probably has less to do with reaction time and more to do with not overthinking and being more unpredictable.
