This property is very nice, I love it! It is a great find, the land has been well cared for, the house is structurally sound, and utilities are in place. While it seems many commenters would want to "modernise" it right away, I feel that with just a good clean, sealing the terrace, and some fresh paint, one could live there comfortably while getting to know the property, before making any changes. I would probably replace that little bit of roof over the bathroom first thing too, then get to creating a good vegetable garden, any other changes could wait. I disagree with those commenting it is overpriced, it has close to four acres of well cared for land, abundant water, a structurally sound house with utilities in place, plus outbuildings ready to be put to use with just a clean up - it is well worth it. One could make a very lovely home there quite easily. I enjoyed this video, it was very well done, a real pleasure to watch, and very informative (I think I missed hearing how far it is to the nearest town for markets though). I loved seeing the time and shadow bit, it was a great help, thank you! Just one suggestion though, the flashing lights used between scenes are a definite trigger for anyone having a seizure disorder, please don't use that technique again!

Nice project to do house is a little mess up shape. But like you said open bedrooms. Finish the balcony new windows flooring and new roof it would look beautiful maybe they the storage room on ground floor and add it into the ground floor make kitchen bigger

The protperty has good potential. But, the price is not right, up and up and up. The real-estate is really getting hot $$$$$$ in Portugal, foreign investors are killing it for the Portuguese people who are looking to return for their retirement life. I'd probably buy this for $35 K. I wish you luck to sell this lot.

Has the potential to be a lovely little house in a great setting. It's perfectly habitable if you don't mind roughing it for a bit. Amazing views. What mountain range is in the distance from terrace 3 and 4 Luis? (In the distance behind the village houses) it's not the Estrella is it?

This is absolutely not worth the money. So sad how overpriced properties have become in Portugal. A lot of money would have to be spent to make it livable and still you wouldn't have a house with good spaces.

Overpriced?? Living in the UK I think it's peanuts for what you get. Just £66,800 for a habitual property, 3.7 acres of land with fruit trees and olives, abundant free water, lovely weather, lovely people and above all peace and tranquility. Spend £23,000 on some renovation work plus another £10,000 for fees, taxes and flights and you would have a lovely property for less than £100,000. The only property in the UK I can buy for that price would be located in some crime ridden hell hole with neighbouring properties boarded up and yobs speeding up and down the street on their E bikes.. It would no doubt be a two up two down terrace house riddled with damp and mould with the occasional burly rat scurrying around an overgrown 10ft square "concrete patio area". If it wan't for Brexit with the 90 day rule, max 180 days a year, I would be placing my £6,680 deposit right now.

Politely asking that you don't use the red flashes again that you edited into this video.. it caused a medical seizure and will affect anyone with brain issues, has fits or serious migraines. If you choose to continue to use this in future videos - you need to put a warning up IN THE VIDEO before the video begins, stating there are flashes in the video that causes seizures and other medical issues.

You missed the words 'politely' and 'noted that he can choose to add it still in the future - but LEGALLY there has to be a warning if doing so. Be pleased that I have made others aware of this so to lessen the chances of others having SERIOUS issues and stop attacking someone with serious brain issues that seem to function in a more humane way than yourself. You have been blocked replying to my comment in future.
