I just subbed to your KZbin channel!! I am such a fan of these, and similar retro 😍 style watches ⌚️. My favorite is the style 😎 and the color of the face 😍, and that it has a day/date feature. When servicing these kinds 😇 of watches ⌚️, be VERY CAREFUL 🧐!! Ya DO NOT want those click 😉 springs, and such similar springs, to spring away. Once one of those little springs takes off, it will be next to impossible finding it. The only "companion" I can think 🤔 of, is a speaker 🔊 magnet 🧲 at the end of a string, to find 😄 the spring 😄!! Sorry 😞 about all the emojis, I find it fun 😁 to use them. I REALLY like these videos 📹, being an hour 😩 or more 🤔 in length. Please keep these GREAT 👍 watch ⌚️ videos coming. VERY good channel. No damage was done to the dial. Any marks were there prior to me.

I have seiko6138 0011.beleive I purchased it in 1971. Its slill ia working condition but needs new crystal and a clean and a new bracelet.Does this vintage watch have ant value today?

Does the dial date and caseback date always match up if they're both original to the watch?

Generally the dates are within a few months. There are exceptions to this rule of thumb, e.g. factory replaced dials.
