Hi Andy, great to see that you adapted the S3/7R downpipe to fit the TT as discussed. For anyone else watching this, the downpipe is a straight bolt on fit for the cars that it was designed for 7R/8v S3/Leon Estate. We will be offering a straight fit version for the TT at some point in the future!

Loving it andy, getting there bud :) I'm more of a car person and motorbike than I am ebikes, I git my first ebike a few months ago and the damn thing already required me to build a new battrey, then the speed sensor came disconnected and somehow got into my planetary gears and the the hall sensors failed shortly after, its been parked up doing nothing for over a month. But yeah love the TT mate. Nice one 👍 from Sy Hanson.

Nice vid m8, done my Astra VXR a month ago with Stage 2 kit. 60mm Core intercooler and 2.5" metal boost pipe into throttle body. To avoid EML coming on use a 90 Degree O2 Spacer - Pipe sounds Wicked 💣💥🔥

I like the build so keep it going...im a big believer in harder not smarter. Just a thought..get the rs + one stage 1 tune without a single mod and your already at 475 to 500 bph. Over the years I've wasted so much money on intakes and exhausts etc that give you WAAAY less bang for your buck

As usual great video you did look a bit worried so would I if smelt athat smell. Looks the part I've seen this done on different car programs on TV what a dirferance this will make to performance looking forward to next video I want to listen to that noise. Try and find a small tunnel you will be amazed at the sound good video reminds me when I had good mechanic hope you make video soon hope everything turns out OK with up grade

I like your vids and dont get this wrong but how come you didnt just buy a TTs in the first place? alot of your upgrades would have been already there with a TTs and more room for upgrades? I love what you have done though :p

Originally I was going to just stick a map on this much cheaper TT S-line and be done with it...the car was very well specced for the money I paid for it. I could have sold it for a TTS but where's the fun in that 😂 At the time I wouldn't have been able to get an RS for the money I've spent and that's what it's more comparable to now.😁

Such a small new intercooler, the one on my A4 B8 is massive. Most likely I have more room in my bay. Different configuration of the engine I’m assuming.

Hey Andy 👋 You been clearly bitten by the modification/performance bug. 😁🔧🪛🔩⚙ i have been down that road. 😏 After tunning you need to take it down the Quarter mile. Looks good & sounds alot better. I did an older 1999 Holden Commodore Wagon with a Tuned & modified LS1 (5.7ltr Motor) Mainly "bolt on" upgrades (custom Dual 2.5" S.Steel exhaust, intake & Pacemaker Tri -Y headers, High Flow Cats... etc & dyno tunning including a Tranny shift point / rev limit upgrade. I Managed a 13.8 at 100Mph on the Quarter mile, a lot of fun at the Strip. Had 219kw at the Wheels. (Champaign performance on a beer budget 🤣) 🥂🍻 I Look foward to seeing the new power increase after your dyno tune in next video. 👍🍻😊

Hi Andy I've already give you connement on upgrade if I can tell tou this story. I'm 74 I had a capri v6 flying machine. Went to the lakes with the wife red hot day I was doing about 70mph I looked in my mirror I coud see this small dot then it came up pretty quickly it was Robin reliant 3 wheeler two big fat tyres on the back and when he past us it sounded like a formula one car he looked like a nerd he smerket at us as he passed us don't forget these cars had 3 wheels. Seen him pull in petrol station so I said to my wife I want to see this car. I asked him what engine have you got under the bonnet he replied just a small upgrade didn't go in to detail. I asked him if he coud start up he did it sounded just like a car would sound just normal. I said when you past me it sounds really good he opens the boot he had these big seekers they were huge he had recorded a formula one car and he played it it was set so he could press a button the noise was un berleavable he drilled little holes in both side of body work where speakers were it was a joke but it was very confining I just laughed mind this was in the seventies

What a great story Colin thanks!😂 you can buy those exhaust noise emulator machines now and they have hundreds of different engines programmed in controlled by a smartphone app! I love that it was in a Reliant Robin though!

Haha, maybe but it's moved on further now! We have a bigger turbo and it produces more power than a stock RS 😁
