I live in Newfoundland, Canada…without a vaxx passport and a photo ID, you cannot attend church services in the province…you can’t even attend the funeral of a family member….all churches, all denominations are complying, no exceptions…

@@rhodeapple8804 That's against Canon Law. I'm in the Maritimes and know that this was made clear when one of the bishops in NB tried that; he got so much backlash because of it and was schooled on it being against Canon Law and the Gospel message, itself. Making outcasts of people is exactly the opposite of what Jesus did and taught. As Scripture says, woe to those shepherds and woe to those hypocrites! Pray for conversions of souls of the clergy who go along with this; it will not go well for them when they have to give an account at their judgment. A number of you should get together and consult a Canon lawyer. Prayers for you and all the faithful! Viva Cristo Rey! God bless!

Having read this teaching on love from the ambo here in Dublin Ireland today (unexpectedly) and all my life learning how to live it...I'm really inspired by your teaching Fr Edward...what a gift to come upon your clear well prepared homilies on KZbin, which are delivered always with clarity, humility and authority... thank you. They help me to pick myself up and move on to greater efforts in living the Gospel. It ain't easy but it's wonderful.

This homily is so relevant for me personally.... I just attended a funeral which ofcourse is the only time that families get together these days as we all live such distances apart... Anyhow... I was reminded listening to Fr Ed... of a couple of close relatives who I find are quite hostile toward me a d therefore whose company I find difficult on the odd occasions we are in contact... I'll try to remember Father's words about love meaning trying to see God's image in those people... Difficult for me but as he says... essential and possible with God's grace. Amen

Another well thought out message. I am so pleased and thankful to Fr. Meeks and all those who make it possible for others to hear. Fr Meeks mentioned that the scriptures are Inherent and infallible. I know what is meant when Baptist use these words. I hope Fr Meeks will say what those terms means to him.

Pastor Darrell Scott of Cleveland said something I've never forgotten which is that we're called upon to love people we don't necessarily like but as Pastor Scott pointed out, the Bible doesn't say we have to like them. Just love them.
