Me and the two or three guys that I shoot drills with twice a month always say that, in the middle of the drill, I can look at Sam to my left or Rob on my right and smile, and say what did the gun do, and they both will say in unison… Not a goddamn thing

Demonstrating that the support hand is the hand that controls the recoil. In class he shakes your hand and then tells you this is how much pressure your trigger finger hand needs to apply to the gun. He says you need very little if any grip from the trigger hand. That’s true but if you can also grip the gun with your trigger hand and also still actuate the trigger properly that’s even better.

@@swiftaudi I took Jedi's class about 15 mos ago, asked him to show me support hand vs firing hand in his grip. He told me to stick out my hand, flat & bladed. Then he showed me the proportional pressure. For me it was a big revelation, to see how much support hand control there is. It frees up your trigger finger to be nimble and flexible and subtle. The more firing hand pressure I use, I have noticed -- ever since Jedi showed me -- the more lousy my trigger control and the more erratic my shots. I thought his cam-over with the support hand was a big deal, not so much for initial shot accuracy, but more for recoil management AND repeatable presentation. It establishes the amount of work the support hand will do and lets that trigger finger do its job.

I have the smallest hands and below average arm, hand, shoulder, and body mechanics strength what so ever because I dont workout. Granted that the Jedi got huge hands to counter the gun flip, I can manage recoil just by watching various videos from the jedi and learn! Yall just need to put on work and stop complaining.
