Dear Joey. This year has been the most difficult one of my life. 7 months ago my best friend started to bully me and I had to switch schools to get away from it. Switching my senior year has not been easy and I constantly find myself struggling with depression. I can say that I don't have a best friend at school, and I have no group of friends, nor people I socialize with outside of school/ on a constant basis. But in having all these things be terrible yet true in my life, I have had to find the little things and find joy in them. I think what you have just said, is perfect. Appreciation of the little things is so important. There are so many struggles and reasons to be unhappy in this world, and ob first sight they might overweight the happy things. But in my opinion, when you sum up all those little moment, all the little things in life that make you smile and love your life, you will definitely see that life consists of so many positive aspects. In the past year, I missed the appreciation of those little things so much. There was so much stress in my life, so much school work and also mayor struggles to deal with in my family. Making my friends laugh so hard until they can't breath makes me happy. That moment when they're laughing so hard and you're laughing with them and you're looking at them like omg I love you so much, I'm so glad you're in my life. That's one of the many things that what make me happy (: that's what I live for ❤️

For the past few weeks I haven't been happy at all, but not sad either. Like.. A numb feeling. At night it gets worse, my anxiety eats at me until I cry and can't stop, and eventually I fall asleep from exhaustion. I've been so confused lately, this was nice. It put a smile on my face for the what feels like the first time in awhile. Thank you :)

What makes me happy is seeing other people I know happy and being able to wake up every day. And having people accept who I am. There is sometimes when I wake up wishing I didn't but I'm glad I'm still alive. People think I'm always happy and loving life, and they wish they can be like me. But everyone is the same because I do have times I thread the whole day but this video helped me more on thinking to wake up more and be glad for everything. So thank you Joey.
