Dear Dreamer,
how much can we take before we fall? Before the storm of life breaks us? Before we give up?
This video is for those who want to give up on themselves. Like I did, so many times.
A couple of weeks ago two storms caused a lot of destruction in my little village. Especially the uprooted trees made me think long and hard about another kind of storm that comes in the form of hurtful words, harmful habits, reckless deeds, and painful experiences. I have endured many of those over the years.
We don´t let people see when we are hurt. We don´t dare to make ourselves vulnerable. Give them monition they can use against us. But we don´t think about what we do to ourselves through that. How many of those storms that cause us so much pain do we create ourselves?
But it is never too late to learn. And to do better next time. So let´s not give up.

I have been through quite a few storms in my life: 🌪️My parents divorce 🌪️Being bullied 🌪️Heartbreak Only to name a few. They tare on our roots, try to snap them in two and sometimes they succeed and take us down. It is a hard lesson to learn that it is up to us to brace ourselves, up to us to prepare better for next time, and up to us to get back up again. But each time we do we get stronger, wiser. And if we don't refuse to learn from those storms life sends us it will get harder for them to take us down! So let's not give up! 🌪️🌲 Which storm has made you stronger? 🌪️
