Speaker Pelosi did not become one of the most effective Speakers in history by sitting at home like so many others in Congress do. There are no term limits although there should be so we can get rid of idiots who are only there to hear themselves speak, believing they are more important than their constituents. Many in Congress refuse to hold town hall mtgs. or give appointments to the people in their district who request them. Those who refuse to do so, no matter which party they're in should be voted out but far too many people will vote for anyone, no matter how unfit & incompetent simply do to the letter after their name. Voters spoke loudly and clearly on Election Day, they are not happy w/the election deniers and the lies they spew simply to have Trump's approval. Those 60 seats they bragged about since January '21 never materialized and their agenda of phony investigations won't help in '24. This country is tired of the bullshit spewed by Trump. He's done yet he continues his tired old LIES. There's no need to attend another rally, just watch anything from the last few years and it's what he'll be complaining about until the primaries are over and he's lost...if he makes it that far, it's more likely he'll be in prison before the '24 election, which is right where he belongs. We always know what Trump has done or would do because he projects his criminal activities onto others. Irony meters around the world broke when he proclaimed himself "honest & innocent"! It's pitiful to see his family refuse to get him the mental health care he desperately needs but they're all hanging on to see how much more $$$ he can scam from his followers who ridiculously send $$$ to an alleged billionaire. For what it's worth, I think that committee scheduling conflicts are common, and Senators/Reps regularly have to skip one meeting for another one. It's also possible that they're doing other important work that's causing them to miss a committee meeting.

No he does not he’s a liar who was forced to resign from two different law enforcement agencies and according to his ex-wife was a domestic abuser who once threaten to kill her, holding his service revolver to her head. We do not need more like him and he is not trustworthy. Just a few weeks ago he manhandled a young reporter who was asking Boebert hard questioned he actually put hands on the reporter and pushed him away so he could not ask more questions.
