Of course "birth tourism" isn't a big deal if there are already measures in place that address it. His questioning on Iran is literal grandstanding. Maybe you like his biases, but in answering, there is likely a desire to not be cornered in his political bias. Every Repub on the SCt should be impeached for bad behavior - now at nearly 100 politically biased rulings, which was the reason for the only impeachment on the court. This caution is likely engaged in for any position. Cruz attacks Dems with his questions but Cruz is the Bozo who took a Mexico vacation while his state was freezing, Cruz doing nothing to alleviate the deadly situation the people were experiencing.
