If your a laborer or work in construction, i swear by the otter box case, i dropped my s23 ultra numerous times from no higher than 4ft onto grass, concrete, ashphalt, etc, i do recommend also getting a screen protector, the only downside the flap for the usb-c cover will wear-and-tear and eventually fall off, mine fell off after a year of use, other than that its great for anyone who works trades, you can always take it off whenever you dont need it on days off

I got the regular Defender instantly when i bought the phone and i love it. By my knowledge it is also the only phonecase that lets you put on the camera lens protector from whitestone dome, without the bulk of the protector getting in the way. Along with the whitestone screenprotector it is highly recommended!

Sir thank you, you saved me a lot of hassle, I skipped the figuring it out for myself part and jumped straight to your vid! If Otterbox is continuing this trend of making things even more complicated for their future phone cases they might lose me as a client. As a matter of fact I might write this S24 Ultra case off as a loss because, not having a decent (book case) front cover is a big no-no for me. This phone has to last me at least two years because that's the length of my costly mobile plan, not sure I'll reach the finish line with the screen in one piece with this particular case, even though none of my previous phones were ever damaged (thanks to Otterbox cases!) despite the odd fall. Also evidence gathering & such needs the front screen to be covered and only a book case type fits that purpose. I assumed too much ordering this case thinking it would be similar to my other Otterbox Samsung cases...

A month and 12 days ago, my grandmother FINALLY got herself a brand new smartphone it's not the samsung S24 ultra. It's the galaxy A54 5g! She SERIOUSLY NEEDED IT, her old cellular device's screen was cracked BADLY, when it should've had a screen protector on it from the very beginning, and it froze way TOO MUCH, it also only had 32 GB on it, and that's not alot! She also had a tendency to drop it and/or lose quite a bit! It was seriously on it's last leg! Her new phone📱has 128 GB on it, and it has a screen protector like it should! Plus, It NEVER EVER freezes! 😃 Thank heavens!

What about internal damage with this Otterbox? I was in my living room and my 10yo son was playing games on my phone upstairs. He's coming down for dinner and I hear "thump...thumpthumpthump...thump". He dropped my phone while coming down the stairs now I'm worried about internal damage showing up later 😢😢😢

Let's point out that while $64.99 for a phone case is EXPENSIVE, it's worth EVERY penny! When I get old enough to pay for my own cellphone📱which probably won't be til I'm 15 or 16 years old, I plan on investing in getting either the S25 or the S26 ultra, cause let's be real getting a cellphone📱phone is more than likely one of the MOST IMPORTANT investments anyone will ever make in life!

Don't get the tech 21 case. I had one for my note 9 and 10+ a few years back. They go brittle after a few years (mine did) and I dropped it a month ago face down on the driveway hip high, smashed the screen... I've dropped it on the sides before, and it's been ok. So I had to dish out big money and buu the s24 ultra, and I got the toughest case I could find. Don't buy the tech21, the vids on ytube look good, but, go the OtterBox dude. Thank me later.

I feel the corner with the styles pen will be the downfall. It should've had a little rubber cover similar to the charging port. One harsh drop hitting that corner will probably cause some damage.

Yes, I had a case for my Note 9 and it didn't have a cover for my S pen port. When my phone fell it caused the pen to eject and broke in half. I later found a case that was Waterproof and covers the bottom ports! Love it.

The outer layer rubber will get loose in time and torn bad quality
