Honestly, if your landlord has a secret locked room in your basement that he's warned you never to enter, a personal toilet is among the best-case scenarios.

yeah, the toilet (while functional) was likely a decoy and the real secret is behind a panel next to the toilet. But who would want to walk over next to a mysterious toilet?

We totally had a basement toilet in its own little room when I lived with roommates a decade ago. Thankfully the landlord never came over to use it. The house was built in the fifties and as far as I could tell it had never once been remodeled down there.

@kaztros25953 жыл бұрын
I'm usually disappointed by typographies: They just don't seem to use the tools available to color the dialog or audio. This is the opposite. There are so many frames to freeze on that reveal how this dialog is going (e.g. Griffin's stop, stop, please stop). There are so many animations that make this a joy to watch. The transitions even lend themselves to the transition of the dialog. It's so very good.

That's just a Pittsburgh Toilet. They were common in pre-WWII housing in areas where the men often worked really filthy jobs, like mining or steel work. Originally the house would have a separate exterior basement access and a sink, shower, and toilet in the basement, with no walls or curtains. When Mister comes home covered in really nasty junk, he goes directly to the basement without entering the home, washes up, put on some clean clothes, and only then comes up into the house. There's no need for partitions since he's supposed to be the only one in there and has a locked door on either side of the room, and it makes it easier to hose down the place. Most likely the landlord said to stay out of it because the plumbing is seventy years old and kinda iffy but built into the foundation so it's too expensive to repair and he doesn't wanna deal with the mess if it backs up.

The quote from the plumber was super high so instead of fixing it he shut off the water to it and locked it up. They were worried if the new tennant knew about it they would insist on it being fixed under the terms of the lease! Sorry, I got a bit excited.
