Good morning Nick I’ve been building my own 4R70w out of a 94 ford f150. When to a junk yard got a 2003 for the parts and should finish it up today and install it. Can’t thank you enough for all your videos. I was about to wait for lip seal tools but was easily able to install the pistons with lip wizard discs. Thanks again

I Installed zip kit and body valves putted back but problem still there 4,3,2,1 gears are changing with kicks. Any ideas? What is this problem can be?

Did you reset the adapts? If not, that's likely the issue since the PCM would have been compensating for valve body wear that's no longer there. Did you replace your solenoids, particularly Solenoid A or test it to confirm it's working correctly? That solenoid is responsible for the 1-2-3-4 clutch function, which the Zip kit would have an o-ring end plug for but no corrective valves. If you checked/did all those things then my guess (this is just a guess given I don't have your transmission in front of me) is that either the VB is simply worn out and needs to be replaced or your pressure balance system has wear (worn sealing rings, apply/balance piston seal(s) or (less likely but possible) either non-transmission related problem impacting the transmission or PCM itself.
