Ford 9" Pin and Spider Gears Replacement, plus a Problem

I really learned a lot from this video I'm about to do the same thing on a 1969 ford E100. I have a little more confidence now

Since the video I had to take it apart again because the slop was still too much. This time I ordered a kit from Amazon. It had two side gears, two spiders the pin, and a new shim for each gear. I also inspected the axle splines as the splines were bad in the side gears. So I replaced the axles with my other set which were much better. I now finally have a rear end I am happy with (except that the gear ratio would be better if it was 3.70)
