I am surprised it kept acting like it was FWD only. Secret: my first crawler was a Maisto. It actually did rather well - especially when I out a 3S lipo in it! It just needed that extra voltage.

I know, just not enough power to transfer to all 4 wheels to get up the steeper terrain. Which Maisto crawler did you have?

Well mine is complete junk. Literally just unboxed it after giving to my 5 yr old son for his birthday a couple of days ago. Charged it snd it will not go into reverse at all. Now I'm looking to see if there is a simple fix, but honestly ill probably just return it as it's pretty crappy.
