I highly recommend anyone who can DIY to listen closely and patiently to Jimmy and I guarantee you will be able to rebuild any transmission other than CVT transmissions. Almost any Automatic transmission can be rebuilt and if you are determined and focused.

Jimmy i just want to Thankyou for the help and support and your classes and all the parts i needed for my 4r100 rebuild its just goin strong ive got now several thousand miles on it its been about a year i wished n shoulda listened to install the transgo kit, like ya said " cant imagine rebuilding the 4r100 without the transgo" i see why now, but im happy and myhat is off to you Sir! HEY! I just finished this class and rebuild my transmission and it is AWESOME! You can do it, people! I made it through mostly unharmed. I HIGHLY recommend building his custom wooden stand and you MUST build his custom spring compressor because it's needed in a later lesson and there's no way around it. It's worth it FOLKS!

Anyone watching this video should just forget this video. Goto the website. Buy the flash drive. Build your own transmission. Once the word is out. you will be building every damn transmission in the county. I cant thank these guys enough. They gave me a career choice and a better life.

I literally saw these videos and I wanted to start. I dont have the most amount of time cause I have wife and kids but mayb if I can grab a donor one and just tinker with it for a while every day ill be able to throw it on my truck eventually. haha Ive done some minor automotive work and also some other work for the military taking different stuff apart so I dont think it would he TO difficult.

I opened my e4od 89-95 thinking the problematic snap ring was causing my issues,after getting to it I saw it had the upgraded locking one already installed and noticed when getting there everything was very clean and bushings were not worn,now I'm not sure what to point to as the problem.My issue is it will drop down in gear or in neatral then catch back in gear with a jerk for no reason,even tooling down the road at 50mhp in od.It would be sad to have done all this work for a malfunctioning neutral safety switch,or would I need to look at new solenoid pack?

i have a E40d with a 3.54 gear ratio for my 1995 Ford E-350 2WD ... This video says 4R100?? Is my tranny relevant to these videos? The 4R100 came out later than '95?
