I beg to differ regarding the way presenter described about usability of third row seat.instead of looking with a negative side by claiming that she had to get out of the car , go behind ,open tail gate and then put the seats in original position before she squeezes herself in, a positive way to think would be the back seats always up, when the owner comes to load some heavy object in the boot he can does that easily by flick of a button rather than going inside and flipping it down.

The Endeavour's middle row is terrible in thigh support for anyone over 5'8". Renuka being short finds it comfortable but it won't be so for others. I request Autocar to add someone like Nikhil also who's tall enough to give a proper review of the seats.

I have rarely seen such space in the 3rd row as the endeavour. Even after 3rd row seats are open, boot space is still fair! I don't feel any hardship in opening the 3rd row seats given such good advantage.

So , the only difference in this review is the insight on the pricing , rest is the same as with all reviews done earlier. whats remarkable is to put almost all features of a 50 lac+ Suv in this 30 lac beast. Hats off to Ford for that. As for the minus points like the noisiness , i would discount that in bargain for the price. I would still go in for the 3.2 litre titatnium since thats the model with the complete features. Just hope Ford does justice to the after sales and spares department.

going by the distance to empty at (2min 04sec), the 3.2L auto will give around 7-8km per liter of diesel... distance to empty 296kms and the tank is half (40l of fuel) arount 7.5 KMPL average. Not bad for such a huge vehical

There may be just 2-3 occasions in a year when I need to carry 7 people but when that need comes, it is comfortable to know that you have the resources to do so. I know some would say you could rent a car for those 3 occasions but then would I buy a Rs. 25 Lakh SUV if I need to rent a "car" anyways? I guess no.

Bro Endeavour has the most comfortable 3rd row seat in its segment , and everything is much easier in a click of button , don't understand why was she trying to show negatively as it if she had to put so much efforts, It's manufacturers have done the best job .

I have booked 2.2 manual 4x4 with colour choice black but my deaaler could not able to provide the car and I have waited for 3 months and finally i was told by dealer 2.2 production with 4x4 is discontinued by ford so I have no option left finally I had pick 3.2 4x4 automatic transmission which is good but only in highways because automatic gearbox is not very much refined and very low mileage 5.5 to 6km/L where as on highway I got best mileage of 11.8km/L..

The 2.2 Titanium edition at 25- 27 lacs on road should be an excellent value proposition for a family with four adults and two kids combining good performance and economy. Hopefully Ford gets the pricing right and take away crown from the ageing Fortuner.

I'm sorry but none of these so called SUV's are priced correctly. The Endeavor is banking around 33-35,the fortuner is as crazy if not more. The only car worth looking at at current prices is the chevy trailblazer. Sure it doesn't have a 4*4. But what it is is a proper CBU with equal or better specs than aforementioned cars and is currently selling for 20-23. Ford and Toyota are ripping us off by the profit margins. Imagine a CBU priced at 75% of a car claiming tax breaks on using local products. Stop buying cars with your eyes closed guys. And no, they're not off roaders. They're soft roaders

Does anyone know? When I test drive the new Fortuner and endeavor. In endeavor , at the beginning of accleration a lagging was there for 2-3 second,after that that the drive was powerful. But there was no such problem in Fortuner. Does anyone know what's that about?. Otherwise the only con: not movable second row seat which reduce the legroom of third row
