Made a Super job of that Dave quite awkward in that corner to , made a much better job than the crappy old Ford job with the lead and god knows what else we’ll done 👍

A little at a time. 👌. I've seen big restoration shops use a D.A or orbital sander to Finnish their welds. With your attention to details, your patches would disappear.

I’ve messed around with different ways of finishing the welds, but by the time it comes to priming and painting, the grinder marks disappear anyway.
