Ford Escort mk1 rs1600 Cosworth BDA

Fully original restored Escort mk1 rs1600, no reshell. Imported from Switzerland.
Delivered from new 1972 Ford Switzerland original LHD Daytona Yellow car. Following mods, Ralloy alloy radiator with elec fan, Bilstein F&R, AP brakes, fully rebuild longstem big valve 1840 alloy all steel BDA on 45dcoe9 which can be seen in the other movie, Motorsport extra big wing sump bd3's, Contour seats/headrests new Beta, LSD, Cibie diode, ss big bore exhaust, alloy bellhousing, Ford 5,5Jx13 rims, Halda, Springalex deep dish, Butlers map etc.

I bought one in 1970 was the best car I ever had but you had to satisfy the Ford RS garage you were competent enough to drive it, had to be balanced regularly and woe if you put your foot on the accelerator before trying to start it?!

SIMPLY STUNNING I had a Mk1 Mexico many years ago, Ermine White with a thin triple pinstripe in red, battery in the boot, RS alloys and a blueprinted engine by Cosworth, wish I still had it.

You don,t come from Stirling area by any chance , i used to work in the Ford dealers in the bodyshop 1 of our customers had A MK1 MEXICO with the 1800 LOTUS twin cam that he had Blueprinted BY Cosworth , and he brought the prints in to show us them.

Our Mk1 BDA is black. No bumper on the front. Slammed on 13" . And the bda is on a blue colour scheme. These are the best cars ever made. Fuck your evo X

That BDA engine is not a Cosworth and has nothing to do with them. It's got a few rattles that need shimmed....
