Steve, I know you've probably been told this already, but your reviews are the most comprehensive on the internet, and I really appreciate that. I really like the Expedition's screen and the fact that you can have multiple windows or function open at any time. I guess it's a trade off between this and the Navigator. You can have the smaller screen with "piano key" gear change, or the bigger screen with a more traditional gear shift.

Thanks Patrick, appreciate that my friend! One thing I'd like to see in either would be the flexibility to customize the screen a bit. More like a widgetized setup instead of everything being locked in place but otherwise I think Ford did a good job in both

Good Morning Steve. Need help, can you pls check if this veh has the same feature as sync 3 reading or Hear Text Message. Thank you

If your vehicle supports it you should be able to bring up the option to hear it. When you're connected to the phone over bluetooth (not CarPlay or Android Auto), then the Messaging option should show up under Phone List --> Phone Settings Having it read through CarPlay or Android Auto, you can press and hold the voice command prompt and then tell your assistant to read out the last message

I had the customer check the phone list but it's not under the text option. I also reviewed the OM P516. But it's dead end. I asked cust to say a command after the call. Since the mobile we are using is paired to the veh ATM.

On the phone list, there's a drop down you need to click on to go to some additional settings. The manual could definitely use some clarification. The command for Android Auto/CarPlay looks like it might be the only way to do it hands free
