It sounds as though your are explaining a stock LED light, which you cannot swap as it is soldered to a chip and board.

Yeah the stock ambient lighting on the Titanium is not replaceable but the rest are the same as in the video

Unfortunately not true. The Titaniums had interior LED’s stock from the factory that were soldered to their circuit boards. Referring to the dome and map lights here, NOT the accent lights. The lights they are selling here will only work if your car did not come with LED’s from the factory. S and SE’s came with incandescent bulbs that are swappable. And regardless of your trim, if you have a moonroof, you likely have the stock LEDs that can not be changed out here.

If, by color changing you mean changing from like white to blue to red or something I would figure not considering these are generally a white light bulb if I am not mistaken... However, through various companies that sell light bulbs for vehicles, you can get light bulbs that are say blue or red LEDs in them and would then turn your interior for instance a blue color or red color or whatever the light bulb color was...

We are unsure exactly, as we would have to have the vehicle in hand to answer you definitively. I would think you can just pull the bulb or a fuse. However, before acting on anything, I would recommend contacting your dealership as you would not want to damage anything in your vehicle.

The controls for those are on the overhead console right next to the sunglasses holder. You can turn the brightness up or down(off) and select what color you want the LEDs to be.

Technically you probably could swap them out, but, that would require a whole new assembly more than likely, with new circuit boards and everything else required... I haven't done any research on this, but I know a lot of things on cars, especially lights, can be replaced with aftermarket versions that are often better quality... Why Ford, and other automakers, can't include better lights with the vehicle from the factory, is beyond me...
